What constitutes "retired?"

A horse does not need to be old to be retired.  We offer special rates for retired horses to allow us income while still reducing space needed for tack and parking, and wear and tear on rings, drives and trails.  It does not mean that you can't ride your horse on occasion.  Just bring your tack with you.  And "retirement" can be just a temporary thing.  Maybe you know you won't be able to ride very much in the next couple of months or years.  You and your horse are still welcome here for as long as you care to stay. 

Board includes:

• Regular grain feedings (if appropriate)

• Regular hay feedings

• Watering

• Use of 10' x 12' box stall

• Stall care

• Pasture turnout

• Administering wormers
