Any time I hear of another equine business that offers services we do not, I try to list them on this page.  I probably have never visited these facilities or even talked to anyone there so I'm unable to make recommendations or assume any responsibility for their services or advertising content.  These businesses are just listed on this page as a service to the equine community.  If you have a business and would like to be listed, e-mail me at GreenPastures@HorseAroundAcres.com.

Sam was an exercise rider at Mountaineer Park and at many other tracks around the United States.  Sam was finding it disheartening when time after time, she would grow to love the horses she exercised, knowing the hard career they had ahead of them, that they were likely going to be sold at least several times, if not many and knowing that their final fate was unknown.  Because of this, Sam decided to direct her skills into the pleasure horse world.  She has a lot of compassion, an extreme amount of patience and a determined will, all of which result in horses that are cooperative and happy.
